This packaging machine can package liquids, pastes, solids, tablets, capsules, etc.
It uses a Siemens PLC touchscreen control system.
The entire packaging machine is made of SS304 stainless steel.
The blister shape can be customized to customer needs.
Steel lettering can be added to the bottom of the blister, or color ribbon coding can be applied to the product seal.
The liquid packaging machine is equipped with a peristaltic pump with an accuracy of ±1%, and has independent touchscreen control.
The paste packaging machine is equipped with a standard 20L hopper with heating and stirring functions, capable of heating from 0-99℃.
The heating temperature can be adjusted according to the raw material being packaged, giving viscous materials better flowability.
