How can manufacturers achieve higher powder packaging efficiency while maintaining stable sealing quality and easier machine maintenance? SEMA+ has recently completed a new 8 lanes powder sachet packing machine, designed for high-speed and stable packaging of various powder products.
This newly completed machine is equipped with an 8-lane packaging system and can achieve a packaging speed of approximately 240–320 sachets per minute, making it suitable for medium and large-scale powder packaging production.
The powder sachet packing machine is equipped with a vacuum feeding system, allowing powder materials to be automatically transferred into the hopper. This reduces manual feeding work and helps maintain continuous and efficient production.
The hopper is also designed with sliding and lifting functions, making material handling, cleaning and maintenance more convenient. Operators can adjust the hopper position according to production and cleaning requirements.
Powder packaging can easily generate dust during filling. To improve the working environment and maintain stable machine operation, this 8 lanes sachet packing machine is equipped with an independent dust removal system for every lane.
Each lane can remove powder dust separately during operation, helping reduce powder accumulation around the sealing and filling areas and improving the overall cleanliness of the packaging process.
Each packaging lane is equipped with its own independent servo motor, providing more accurate and stable control during the packaging process.
In addition, the machine is equipped with an extra master servo control system to coordinate all servo motors. This design improves synchronization between different lanes and helps maintain stable operation during high-speed production.
The independent servo structure also makes adjustment and maintenance easier because each lane can be checked separately when necessary.
The machine adopts a Siemens PLC and touch screen control system, providing a clear and convenient operating interface.
According to customer requirements, the operating language can be customized, including English, Russian, Spanish, Arabic and other languages. This makes the equipment easier to operate for customers in different international markets.
Packaging parameters can also be adjusted directly through the touch screen, simplifying daily production management.
One important feature of this multi-lane powder sachet packing machine is its independent temperature control system.
Each temperature control point of every lane can be adjusted independently. Compared with centralized temperature control, this design allows operators to identify and adjust individual sealing areas more easily.
If one temperature control section requires inspection or maintenance, technicians can quickly locate the corresponding lane, helping reduce maintenance time and improve production efficiency.
The newly completed 8 lanes powder sachet packing machine combines:
240–320 sachets/min packaging speed
8-lane high-efficiency packaging design
Automatic vacuum powder feeding
Hopper sliding and lifting function
Independent dust removal for each lane
Independent servo motor for every lane
Master servo control system
Siemens PLC touch screen
Customized operating languages
Independent temperature control for every lane
Easier inspection and maintenance
The machine can be widely used for packaging various powder products such as milk powder, coffee powder, protein powder, seasoning powder, pharmaceutical powder, nutritional powder and other fine powder materials.
With its multi-lane structure, independent control system and automated feeding solution, this newly completed 8 lanes powder sachet packing machine provides customers with a more efficient, stable and convenient solution for large-scale powder sachet production.
SEMA+ continues to provide customized sachet packing machine solutions according to different product characteristics, sachet sizes, production capacity and customer requirements.
