New Back-Seal Sachet Packing Machine Completed for Paste Packaging
A newly customized back-seal sachet packing machine has recently been completed for one of our customers. The machine is specially designed for packaging paste and other viscous products into compact sachets, providing an efficient and stable automatic packaging solution for food, pharmaceutical, cosmetic and related industries.
The complete machine is manufactured with 304 stainless steel, offering good corrosion resistance, durability and convenient cleaning for daily production. According to different production requirements, the material can also be upgraded to 316 stainless steel, especially for customers who require higher hygiene standards or stronger corrosion resistance.
For convenient operation and precise production control, the machine is equipped with a Siemens PLC and touch screen control system. Operators can easily adjust packaging parameters through the HMI interface. The operating language can also be customized according to the customer's market and production requirements, making the machine suitable for users in different countries and regions.
One of the key features of this paste sachet packing machine is its specially designed heating and mixing hopper. For paste products that require temperature control or continuous mixing during filling, the hopper can heat and stir the material to help maintain stable product consistency.
The heating temperature can be adjusted from 1°C to 99°C, allowing the operator to select the appropriate temperature according to the characteristics of the paste material. Continuous stirring helps reduce material separation and supports more stable filling during long-term production.
The machine integrates automatic sachet forming, paste filling, sealing, cutting and finished-product output into one continuous packaging process. The back-seal sachet format provides a neat appearance while helping customers improve packaging efficiency and reduce manual operation.
Before shipment, the machine undergoes production testing and adjustment according to the customer's product and packaging requirements. Customized configurations, filling systems, sachet sizes, operating languages and stainless steel grades can also be provided based on different applications.
With its Siemens PLC control, 304 stainless steel construction, optional 316 stainless steel upgrade, and 1–99°C heating and mixing hopper, this newly completed sachet packing machine provides a practical solution for automatic paste packaging production.
