SEMA+ has recently completed another customized B-Level Powder Stick Packing Machine for a customer. This machine is designed for automatic packaging of powder products in stick sachets and has been upgraded with both a vacuum feeding system and a powder dust removal system to make daily production more convenient and cleaner.
For manufacturers packaging fine powders, stable feeding and dust control are important parts of the production process. Based on the customer’s actual requirements, this customized Powder Sachet Packing Machine integrates automatic powder feeding, dosing, bag forming, filling, sealing and cutting into one continuous packaging process.
The machine is equipped with a vacuum feeder, allowing powder materials to be automatically transferred into the hopper.
Compared with manually adding powder, the vacuum feeding system helps reduce repetitive material handling and makes continuous production more convenient, especially when the machine is running for longer production periods.
The packaging process can be summarized as:
Vacuum Feeding → Powder Dosing → Film Forming → Filling → Sealing → Cutting → Finished Sachet Output
Because powder products can easily generate dust during filling and packaging, the customer also selected an additional powder dust removal function.
This configuration helps keep the packaging area cleaner during operation and reduces powder accumulation around the filling and sealing sections. It is particularly useful for fine powder products where dust control is an important production consideration.
This B-Level Powder Stick Packing Machine operates at approximately 30 sachets per minute, depending on the powder characteristics, filling weight, sachet dimensions and packaging film.
The machine is suitable for manufacturers looking for a compact automatic solution for small and medium production requirements.
The equipment is manufactured mainly from 304 stainless steel, providing a durable and easy-to-clean machine structure.
For customers with higher material requirements, the stainless-steel configuration can also be upgraded to 316 stainless steel, especially for relevant product-contact components, depending on the actual application.
This customized powder sachet packing machine needs to work together with an air compressor to provide the pneumatic pressure required by relevant machine components.
Before shipment, customers can confirm the required air pressure and air consumption according to the final machine configuration so that the necessary auxiliary equipment can be prepared in advance.
This newly completed B-Level Powder Sachet Packing Machine combines vacuum powder feeding, dust removal, automatic packaging and stainless-steel construction in one practical solution.
SEMA+ can also customize the machine according to different powder products, filling weights, sachet sizes, sealing styles and production requirements, helping customers build a packaging solution that better matches their actual production needs.
