Customizable Emulsifying and Mixing Tank for Cosmetic Production

We recently completed a new emulsifying and mixing tank designed for cream, lotion, gel, shampoo and other cosmetic products.

The equipment is made of 304 stainless steel, and the material-contact parts can be upgraded to 316 stainless steel according to customer requirements. Different capacities are available, including 100L, 200L, 300L, 500L and 1000L, making it suitable for different production scales.

With stable mixing and emulsifying performance, the machine can be customized based on the customer’s product, capacity and production requirements.
