DGS N5 Liquid Packing Machine + Cartoning Machine Line Completed for Oral Liquid Packaging
Liaoning Soaring Eagle Machinery Co., Ltd. has recently completed a new customer order for our popular DGS N5 Liquid Packing Machine + Cartoning Machine production line, designed for oral liquid, nutritional liquid, syrup and other liquid products.
The DGS N5 liquid packing machine is manufactured with 304 stainless steel, while 316 stainless steel can be upgraded according to customer requirements. It is equipped with a Siemens PLC touch screen for overall machine control, and the operating language can be customized for different markets.
For liquid filling, the machine features a separate touch screen for filling volume adjustment. With 5 filling heads, it offers fast production and a filling accuracy of approximately ±1%.
The line is also connected with an automatic cartoning machine, creating an integrated production solution from package forming, liquid filling, sealing and cutting to automatic cartoning.
