Manufactured from food-grade SS304 stainless steel, the machine offers excellent corrosion resistance and easy cleaning. For applications requiring higher sanitary standards, all product-contact parts can be upgraded to SS316 stainless steel, making the machine suitable for more demanding production environments.
The entire system is controlled through a Siemens PLC touchscreen, allowing operators to easily adjust packaging parameters, filling volume, and production settings with an intuitive interface. To improve product traceability and production efficiency, the machine is also equipped with an integrated laser printing system, enabling real-time printing of production dates, batch numbers, and other variable information directly onto the sachets.
