Product Description

This automatic sachet packing machine is designed for liquid and paste products, such as salad dressing, ketchup, mayonnaise, honey, jam, chili sauce, chocolate sauce, cream, gel, cosmetic paste and other similar materials.

The machine automatically completes film feeding, bag forming, measuring, filling, sealing, cutting and finished sachet output. It is suitable for single serve small sachet packaging and helps reduce manual operation while maintaining stable packaging quality.

The machine adopts PLC touch screen control and PID temperature control for easy operation and stable sealing. The mechanical pump filling system is suitable for liquid and viscous paste products. Photoelectric eye mark tracking can improve bag positioning accuracy when using printed packaging film.

The machine body is made of 304 stainless steel, which is durable, hygienic and easy to clean. Bag size, filling volume, voltage, operating language and other configurations can be customized according to customer requirements.
