Customized Rotary Premade Pouch Packing Machine for Powder Products

We recently completed a customized rotary premade pouch packing machine for a customer’s powder packaging project.

The whole machine is made of 304 stainless steel and equipped with a screw feeding system, which is suitable for stable and accurate powder feeding. The machine needs to work with an air compressor during operation.

For this project, the customer mainly uses the machine to pack powder products. According to different production requirements, the machine can also be customized for packaging granules, solid products and other materials by changing the feeding and dosing system.

We provide OEM customized packaging solutions based on the customer’s product, pouch size, filling weight, packaging speed and other requirements.
